What we collect,
and what we do not.

Azivaro collects the minimum information required to respond to you, and nothing beyond it. This page explains what that means in practice.

Where do you stand

You can complete the five question assessment and see your full result without providing an email address or any identifying information. Your answers are processed in your browser to generate the result. If you choose to send us your answers, we use your name and email address to reply to you personally. We do not send an automatic report.

The contact form

When you contact us we collect your name, email address, business name, and whatever you choose to tell us about the business. We use that information to respond to you and to prepare for a conversation. We do not use it for anything else.

Field notes, by email

If you sign up in the footer, we keep your email address on our Field notes list, held with Resend, and use it only to send you one short note a month. Every note includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time.

Who handles it

This site is hosted by Vercel. Email from the contact form, the assessment and the Field notes list is sent through Resend.

Analytics and cookies

In the EU, the UK and Switzerland, Google Analytics runs only after you accept it in the banner. Everywhere else it runs without a banner, with Google signals and ad personalization switched off.

The only cookies on this site are the one that remembers your choice about Analytics and, when Analytics runs, the Google Analytics cookies.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing.
• We do not add you to a mailing list without your consent, and every email we send includes a way to stop receiving them.
• We do not use tracking that follows you across other websites.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry information only as long as it is useful for the conversation it relates to. You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold, to correct it, or to delete it entirely, and we will do so promptly. Write to us at dev@devsharma.info.

Confidentiality in engagements

Anything a client shares with us during an engagement, including financial information, is treated as confidential and is never published or used as an example without written permission. The references on this site are illustrative composites and do not describe identifiable clients.
