What we do

How you get there.

It starts with an honest read of where you are and ends with knowing whether any of it worked.

Your first 90 days

  1. Week 1where you stand
  2. Week 4the roadmap
  3. Week 12handoff
Handoff · week 12
90days
The sequence

Each part produces something you own.

You can stop after any step, take the work to your own team, or have us carry it through. That is a decision gate, not a sales step.

  1. Free · five questions · three minutes

    Step 1: You are here

An honest fix on your current position.

Before anything is planned or sold, you get a straight answer about where the business actually is: what is strong, what is carrying risk, and what would move the number most.

    You get

A score, the things we would flag, and a recommended starting point with a price range. No email required.

    No cost, no email

  2. Scott Hambrook · financial intelligence · about three weeks

    Step 2: Destination

Find the number you are building toward.

What the business is worth today, and what it would need to be worth for the next chapter to work, whether that is a sale, a succession, or simply taking your hands off the wheel.

    You get
    • Financial Intelligence Report
    • North Star Vision Statement
    • Value Gap Analysis
A silver haired man in round glasses smiles as he reads a book in warm sunlight
  3. Michael Sullivan · transformation · three to four weeks

    Step 3: Roadmap

The route between here and there.

Current state mapped across strategy, people, process, technology, data and governance. Then what must change to reach the North Star, sequenced so the order does not undo the work.

    You get
    • Transformation roadmap
    • priorities by system, ranked
    • resourcing, ownership and decision gates
A gray haired man in a jacket and tie points to an agenda written on a whiteboard as he explains it
  4. Dev Sharma · platform and build · six to ten weeks

    Step 4: Rocketship

The thing that actually carries you.

The systems, the platform and the people who run it. A plan is not a vehicle. The knowledge that lives in your head gets written down, and the business starts running on more than your attention.

    You get
    • Documented operating system
    • the platform
    • handoff package, all of it yours

  5. All three · ongoing, by choice

    Step 5: Position fixes

    Are we still on course?

A course is not set once. A small number of measures, reviewed on a rhythm, that tell you within a week if you have drifted rather than at the end of the year.

    You get
    • Owner dashboard
    • monthly review
    • a valuation refreshed rather than guessed

Most plans die in the handoff.

The usual way

  1. 01A consultant writes the plan.
  2. 02It is handed to your team or another firm.
  3. 03The context gets lost. The plan sits on a shelf.

Plan delivered. Nothing changes.

The Azivaro way

  1. 01We build the plan with you.
  2. 02The same people stay to build it with your team.
  3. 03It is running before we step back.

Plan delivered. And running.

Which is why the person who builds it sits in the room when it is planned.

The deliverables

Three documents. Yours to keep.

Whatever you decide afterwards, the work is written down and transferable.

Execution plan

How the transformation gets built, sprint by sprint, owner by owner. Ready to hand to any implementer without translation loss.

  • Phased sprints across thirty, sixty and ninety days
  • Owner assignments per workstream
  • Milestones and acceptance criteria
  • Build and integration sequencing
  • Prioritized backlog
  • Launch readiness and quality checklist

The question owners actually ask

You do not go away. You move up.

The most common worry we hear is that systemizing the business writes the owner out of it. It does the opposite. What changes is which decisions reach you, not whether you are needed.

Your control is the goal of every engagement. Not less of you in the business. More of the business on your terms.

Investment and timeline

Scoped to the business, not to a price list.

A full engagement runs about ninety days from first session to handoff.

Typical investment

Most engagements fall between $5,000 and $25,000.

Engagements are scoped by the complexity of the business rather than sold from a menu. A single-location company with a simple model and a multi-location company with governance complexity are not the same piece of work.

You get the number in writing, with what it includes and what it does not, before you commit to anything. If the work is not worth it for you, we will say so.

Start where you are

The first step costs nothing.

Five questions, about three minutes, and no email required to see the result.
